Creators set a funding goal and deadline for their project. Donors pledge funds to support the project and make donations on the platform.

How do I create a project?
Sign Up: Create an account on our platform.
Project Details: Provide a detailed description, funding goal, and deadline.
Submit for Review: Our team will review your project to ensure it meets our guidelines.
Launch: Once approved, your project will go live.

What types of projects can I create?
You can create projects in various categories. All projects must adhere to our guidelines and must not involve illegal or prohibited content.

What fees do you charge?
Platform Fee: We charge a 2.5% fee on all funded projects.
Payment Processing Fee: An additional processing fee per transaction is charged by our payment processor.

Can I edit my project after it's live?
Yes, you can make certain edits to your project after it goes live, such as updating the description or adding an updates. However, you cannot change the funding goal or deadline.

How & when do I get the funds?
The funds (minus fees) will be transferred to your specified bank account within 14 business days after the campaign ends.
Donors

How do I back a project?
Find a Project: Browse projects and choose one you want to support.
Payment: Enter your payment information for payment.
An option to make a donation directly to a bank account is available in some jurisdictions.

Are my pledges refundable?
Pledges are generally non-refundable unless the project creator fails to deliver the promised rewards or if there are other exceptional circumstances.
