Our team checks that everything is complete and aligned with platform guidelines, then approves your campaign for launch.
Pricing
Our Pricing Structure
We implement a simple and transparent transaction fee plus a payment processing fee on the amount raised depending on the payment method. We believe that most of the money raised on donations should go to the respective causes fundraised for.
1.Platform Fees
Standard Platform Fee: 5% of the total funds raised. The fee is charged to the project creator when the funding goal has been met.
Fees for Non-Profits: 2% of the total amount raised.
2.Payment processing fees
These are fees charged by payment processors such as MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, or Paynow for handling transactions. Additional charges may also apply for international transactions.
3.Additional services (Optional)
Marketing and Promotion: To enhance visibility of your campaign, our marketing team can create marketing campaigns or social media promotions for fundraisers.
Creative Services: Assistance with video production and graphic designs.
Consultancy Services: We offer fundraisers expert advice on project creation, campaign management and fundraising strategies.
4.Subscription fees for regular users
Monthly Plan: Subscription of $50 per month, 2% platform fee on funds raised, payment processing fee, and premium support included.
Annual Plan: Subscription of $300 per year, 1% platform fee on funds raised, payment processing fee, dedicated account manager, and customised promotional packages.
